This also promotes the formation of fine lines in this area. Botox® targets and relaxes this muscle, visibly reducing existing wrinkles.

Mouth wrinkles such as smoker's lines, marionette lines or nasolabial folds develop as part of the skin's natural ageing process. Over time, the skin loses collagen and elastin, causing it to become thinner and less elastic. Frequently recurring movements such as laughing, speaking and chewing, as well as external factors like smoking or sun exposure, can further encourage the formation of mouth wrinkles.
