Will I lose sensation in my nipples after a breast augmentation?
A change in sensitivity (increase or decrease) after a breast augmentation is normal and should not worry you. A permanent change occurs only rarely and is usually due to nerve damage.
I don't want my breasts to look fake. How can I prevent this?

What if, after my breast augmentation, I later decide that I no longer want large breasts?
Don't worry – a breast augmentation is not a decision for life. It is an important and good decision if you suffer from breasts that are too small or misshapen and want to feel more comfortable again. However, if you are ever unhappy with your enlarged breasts, you can have the implants downsized or removed entirely (explantation). Since the implants stretch the skin, your natural breast may look somewhat different after removal. We also offer breast lifts to ensure an aesthetic result after removal. How soon after giving birth and breastfeeding can I get implants?
We recommend waiting at least six months after the end of breastfeeding before having a breast augmentation. This ensures that your breasts have returned to their normal shape, which is important for a beautiful long-term result.
How long do breast implants last?
Breast implants that we place as part of breast augmentation can theoretically remain in the body for life and do not need to be routinely replaced. Some women nevertheless choose to have them exchanged or removed, whether due to a change in preference or physical changes. An exchange or removal is possible at our clinic at any time.
